In the late '60s, Philles pressed "re-issues" of several of Spector's past hits. Although not particularly rare, they are, however, somewhat elusive, but still have a lower collector value. They are easily recognizable as "re-issues" (not bootleg copies) as they have yellow/red labels, whereas the original pressings were on a blue/black label.

Spector's productions have indeed had their share of bootleg pressings, beginning in the 1970's; most notable being those on colored vinyl, those containing unreleased material, and the notorious "(Let's Dance) The Screw" Philles 111. If familiar with the legitimate labels and issues, the Spector Collector should have no problem in spotting these boots, as they are all very obvious. Some of them are very crudely made (see Philles 116 below) - Nevertheless, they are a part of the history of Spector's recordings, and, consequently, do contain some value to collectors.
